Introducing Wine & Wagyu, an immersive dining series from Cálida Steak & Bar. Created to celebrate the best of Australian Wagyu and world-class local wines, this new series blends bold Latin-inspired cuisine with regional craftsmanship — in partnership with Samuel Smith & Sons and our premium Wagyu suppliers Stanbroke Foods.

DINNER EVENTS

Every two months, a ticketed dinner event is held at Cálida to launch the upcoming menu and pairings, hosted in Cálida‘s semi-private dining room by an expert from the estate.

NOW POURING: ‘BIG BOLD REDS’ BY JIM BARRY WINES 

From July-August, explore a Wagyu-driven tasting menu showcasing food and wine pairings curated by Jim Barry Wines experts and our very own Cálida chefs. This menu, along with exclusive off-menu pours, are now available to guests dining at Cálida until 31st August 2025.
