WINE & WAGYU AT CALIDA

A new series of elevated indulgence. 

Introducing Wine & Wagyu, an immersive dining series from Calida Bar & Grill. Created to celebrate the best of Australian Wagyu and world-class local wines, this new series blends bold Latin-inspired cuisine with regional craftsmanship — in partnership with Samuel Smith & Sons and our premium Wagyu suppliers Stanbroke Foods.

Explore a Wagyu-driven tasting menu showcasing food and wine pairings curated by Yalumba Estate experts and our very own Calida chefs. This menu, along with exclusive off-menu pours, are now available to guests dining at Calida until 30th June 2025.

MAY – JUNE MENU – ‘Best of the Barossa’ featuring Yalumba Wines. 

DINNER EVENTS

Every two months, a ticketed dinner event will be held at Calida to launch the upcoming menu and pairings, hosted in Calida’s semi-private dining room by an expert from the estate. Following the launch dinner, the Wine & Wagyu experience will continue with exclusive in-venue activations, including: 

  • Curated wine pairings featured throughout our à la carte menu, spotlighting varietals from the current winery partner.
  • A multi-course activation menu available for lunch and dinner, complete with matching wines.
  • A rotating selection of off-menu wines by the glass or bottle — or simply explore them all with a bespoke tasting flight.
 

Following the success of our Yalumba menu launch, tickets have now been released for the launch dinner of our July-August menu. This exclusive event will be held for just 14 guests on Thursday, 3rd July 2025.
