Start with Pan Blanco Tostado, crusty bread served with a savoury beef jus, followed by the Queso Ahumado, a delightful smoked cheese baked in a cast iron dish with romesco sauce, pistachio, and chives. Other highlights of this experience include Pork Belly & Morcilla, grilled and brushed with sherry caramel, and a 300g Kidman Beef from Queensland, served with house-made chimichurri and Australian red gum smoked salt. End sweetly with Alfajores, a traditional dulce de leche sandwich cookie.
