Join us for Wine & Wagyu — Calida’s new dining series celebrating premium Australian Wagyu and world-class wines. Running from May to October, each two-month chapter showcases a different winery in partnership with Samuel Smith & Sons, featuring bespoke menus, curated pairings, and an exclusive launch dinner.
 
NOW POURING: Yalumba Estate, with a Wagyu-led tasting menu available to guests dining at Calida until 30 June.
NEXT UP: Jim Barry Wines in July and August — kicking off with an intimate ticketed dinner in our semi-private dining room. Enjoy a multi-course menu built around Stanbroke Wagyu, perfectly paired with Clare Valley wines, guided by a Jim Barry Estate expert.

Start your week right with Carne & Frites Mondays – a feast of premium, flame-grilled Argentinian steak served with bottomless fries for just $40.

Choose between a 300g Augustus Grain-Fed Sirloin or a 300g Diamantina Angus Rump, both expertly cooked over the parilla grill for that bold, smoky flavour. Pair it with as many golden, crispy fries as your heart desires.

Turn your Wednesday nights into a feast with our Three-Course Menu & Wine and treat yourself to a dining experience that balances bold flavours and unbeatable value.

Start with any entrée from our à la carte menu, followed by your choice of three delicious mains including options like our perfectly grilled Diamantina Angus Rump with fries & salad, a fresh from the ocean Pescado a la Parrilla with shellfish bisque & crab butter, or a comforting Blistered Vegetable Ragu with fresh casarecce pasta.

Finish on a sweet note with our weekly dessert special, and sip on a glass of house wine to complete the experience.

Empanada & Sour Hour
