From Papas Soufflé with ají amarillo to a bold Beef Wellington Empanada and spiked Crème Brûlée finale, each course tells a story of smoke, salt, and spirit — all served in Cálida’s moody, refined dining room.

Every weekend from 11:30am, South Bank’s most indulgent brunch experience brings together the richness of premium wagyu, bold cocktails, and the unmistakable energy of Cálida.

For $90 per person, enjoy two hours of feasting and sipping your way through a menu designed for those who crave a little luxury with their weekend. Start with fresh oysters and empanadas, then move on to wagyu sliders and charred skewers, all the while enjoying two hours of unlimited signature wines, cocktails and more.

Weekday lunches just got a whole lot better. Introducing Cálida’s new Lunch Bocadillos – a refined take on the classic steak sandwich, available Monday to Friday from 11:30AM – 3PM.

Choose from wagyu steak, smoky chorizo, or slow-braised beef ribs, served on toasted rolls with golden frites & house aioli. Each bocadillo brings the fire and flavour Cálida is known for — bold, rich, and perfectly indulgent.

Turn your Wednesday nights into a feast at Cálida with our three-course menu special. 

Choose from a selection of entrées from our à la carte menu, followed by your choice of three delicious mains, including our 300g sirloin steak, the Pescado a la Parrilla with shellfish bisque & crab butter, or a comforting Blistered Vegetable Ragu with fresh casarecce pasta.

Finish on a sweet note with our weekly dessert special, and do it all again next Wednesday. Want more? Upgrade for +$10PP and take your pick of any entrée!

Empanada & Sour Hour

3pm-5pm, 7 Days a Week

Unwind with Latin-inspired bites and refreshing sips during Empanada & Sour Hour at Cálida Steak & Bar.

Enjoy half-priced oysters, golden beef or queso empanadas, and marinated olives, perfectly paired with a Pisco Sour, Roca Margarita, or Sangria del Mar.
