Join us at Cálida for an indulgent five-course seafood experience in collaboration with Vasse Felix. This one-night-only dinner celebrates the elegance of Western Australian wine, thoughtfully paired with a curated menu that moves from ocean-fresh delicacy to refined indulgence.

Begin with oysters and Idée Fixe Brut on arrival, before progressing through scallops, octopus carpaccio and lobster risotto, each matched with Vasse Felix Filius Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Rosé. The evening concludes with a guava dessert featuring fruit from our chef’s own garden, paired with Idée Fixe Brut Rosé.
